You have to be pretty angry to take time out of your day to file a complaint about a toll collector. But it appears hundreds of New Jersey drivers are mad enough to do just that. The I-Team filed a public records request for every complaint against a New Jersey toll collector since 2015 and it has uncovered some explosive accusations -- and found some pretty unbelievable complaints of bad behavior. Chris Glorioso reports.

oh americans, expect things to be cheap then get suprised when they get bad service. increase toll prices, hire better people and there you go.

Every complaint that was said what the toll collectors say/do to the drivers is definitely not allowed!! I understand the drivers are not always nice to the toll collectors too but there are different ways of handling it.

I can guarantee 99% of all those complaints are on black women toll collectors, they are the worst !!!
