You had me at con-continent. :D It's concaten-ate (like past tense for eat). Unfortunately attempting to reproduce these results doesn't work.

I have 3 columns, Col A is text to say Between 1-10, 11-20, 21-30 and then column 2 is the LOW Band (ex 1) and column 3 is the High band (ex 10) and so on . I then have a column of 100 row of Numbers and it needs to assign what is in the first column using a formula to compare column 2 and column 3 and return what is in column A? Any idea what I need to do?

Is he still active? The method he should for VLOOKUP on multiple column, is wrong and won't work. Someone has pointed out 1 year ago, but he has not yet removed the video. Believing this video, I lost 4 hours before realizing that it is wrong and I need to create an additional column containing the concatenated values for searching purpose.

it does not work! It always return the last row in the selection, that's why it seems to work on the demo (and why he had to change to TRUE instead of FLASE!!) . If he changes C11 to 15:00 or whatever it will still return $8 (ie last row....)!!
