Chester Pennsylvania Worst Ghettos (Worst Town In Pennsylvania)

Hey guys today we are going to be driving around Chester Pennsylvania which is located about halfway between Philadelphia and Wilmington Delaware on the Delaware river the city has had a loss of manufacturing jobs and as a result many people of left the city and the people who can’t afford to leave or just stuck there many of the homes in Chester are vacant many of them have just been leveled and there’s lots of empty land here the town does have some nice areas in a pretty decent Downtown it’s also home to where the Philadelphia union play at Subaru park but it is still somewhere you do not want to live and definitely the worst place to live in the state of Pennsylvania which is saying a lot because of all the run down places here
