I once posted for a job transfer from the University City office I was working at to their Chester office when many Center City workers had lamented having been sold down river to Chester having to go down river to work. The BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN woman interviewer said that I would have to ride the bus passed the Philadelphia International Airport and the Scott Paper Company. I told her that I had worked at that airport for one night when I was a clerk carrier for the United States Post Office ( now the United States Postal Service). My aunt's brother in love had once applied for a job at the Scott Paper Company but he did not get it. He did not even want to use their bathroom tissue. Needless to say, I did not get a transfer to Chester because my then company really wanted me to stay and work at the University City office. I told me coworkers the next day that I really at did that to get the day off. I had all the ghetto I wanted working in University City neighborhood of West Philadelphia. Dig it.

Chester, Pa. used to be a good city, up until the 1970's. That's before major stores and businesses started moving out . Today it's a crack den & shooting gallery of a cesspool city.

Every time I’ve had to drive through a city neighborhood like this I always worried I’m going to hit some riding a bike or running into the street.

Neighborhood guy can you take another drive to New Rochelle on Main Street near New Roc City. They are building a new high-rise building in that area also they are building more new high-rise building on Division Street & Main Street, Centre Street & Main Street.

Not Chester, Pa. And Philadelphia, Pa. And Camden, N.J. The Government Always Doing The Black Communities Wrong!! By Not Putting Money Into The Cities, And Town's!! Housing Opportunities, Job's And. Recreation Center's And So On.
