Every time I want to despair over not having a home yet my wife reminds me the house the Lord will provide for us might not even be for sale or ready yet. Stay ready and strong everyone!

I’m a new dad, I moved from Tampa to Santa Clara a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home there, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? Looks like NVDA, TSM and AMD and AVGO are strong buys this week.

Oh tell me. I am pushing me family back from buying a house now and believe me I am blamed by my kids and husband for not allowing them to buy home now. Like a house we saw yesterday my family loved it but I can’t swallow to pay $849, 000 for a house someone bought 2021 for $500, 000. May God give us patience.

Prices were still rising nationally in 2006 and 2007. But the cracks were showing in some markets that were falling. The news was predicting a soft landing at the time '06 & '07.

I was born and raised in CA and I could not survive there my whole life. I moved out so I can live life. Now I look at guys like this and see how miserable they are and my best advice is to leave and go where you feel valued. Life is too short to struggle for a future you won't value.

Great video! Former homeowners, and we used to own a rental home. We are renting now. Financially it’s the smart bet until the crash happens.
