---Additional Info------------------------------------------------------------

On court we not only need a lot of variation in terms of shots but also in terms of footwork. Even when we go to the same corner the distance we have to cover may be different, sometimes we reach the shuttle high up or really low and also after the shot we got different posibilities to recover from the corner. This video should give you just a a few examples of footwork techniques and also challenge you a little in terms of coordination.

To me, that's THE most efficient workout to achieve immediate effects on court. Do that twice a week and you will start to become noticeably quicker and more efficient around the court. Great video! :)

Thank you SO MUCH Tobias! I have been playing poorly for the past 4 weeks and had NO IDEA what I was doing wrong! I tried everything from smash practicing, aerobic training, to feeding drills but nothing seemed to work. Today I warmed up with your 20 minute four corners footwork and saw IMMEDIATE HUGE improvements to my game! Thank you for saving my game and bringing my love for badminton back <3 <3 <3

Hi Tobias, thank you for this video!
I have been playing badminton for years, but always have bad footwork habits, low balance and speed.
Your routine made me realize my bad habit (extra small hop before any kind of move) and which section of the sole feet I used when steps and rotate.
I do the footwork slowly for now to be aware of my movement.
Looking forward to see the improvement in my games. 🎉

Thank you so much, Tobias! I have been looking for such training video for a while. Although there are many videos explaining the badminton footwork on Youtube, yours are so practical so I can follow it and practice daily at home

Thanks for the tips, will you have a tutorial on how to increase the reaction speed to go from the back of the court to the front?

Hello. I always thank you to make training for better badminton ability.
Last year, I watched your video about increasing leg for 30 min?
I usually watched that video before I started the lesson.
It had contents like scissoring the leg, crossing the leg jump the leg front back.
But it disappear!
I wanted to practice again. Thanks

Great video! Love how you showed different variations in this (I've come back to this tens if not hundreds of time and modified it with my own variations).

I think it would be a great idea, however, to add a little more variation for the more advanced players, such as split step positioning.

The rear forehand side, for example, is really difficult as you get better to have your right foot in front to turn your torso fast to receive a push, so it's crucial to train that side with the right foot in front instead of back.

Not saying that it's pointless to train with the feet back, but that there are different purposes for each (right foot back is usually to anticipate shots, but it won't happen every time).

Still a great video overall though, I wouldn't be coming back so many times!

This is the best badminton workout. Thank you so much man.
Also one question?
Why there is a cross behind method, i usually do side step only ?
But sometimes unknowingly i do cross behind ? So why is so? Any specific reason for it to practice???
