Another tip for beginners: try to not move your arms too much, later you can move arms more like him but as a beginner ist easier when you hold your arms depending where the ball should go and then just move your legs

if u guys don’t like the 2nd way to position ur hands u can take ur dominant hand, fist it (THUMB NOT IN THE FIST) take ur non dominant hang and cuff it around ur fisted hand. if u do it right, both of ur thumbs should be facing forward. imo i like it better.

Soo I had one friend in juinor year and she was saying like “I’m pro at volleyball like srsly I’ve been going on practices for years and I’ve won many games”, and so later that day we were playing vb at PE and so I served and she rlly just crossed her fingers and tried to pass the ball 😭 yk they’re lying when they cross they fingers when passing bruh 💀
