Thanks for summarizing all that work James. I've been using git for 2 years now, and use the terminal, bash. Is sometimes tricky to integrate whatever tool and keep it configured neatly, e.g if your codebase is in GNU/Linux and your tooling and config in windows, can be complicated (line terminators, config files moving from place to place, you would need to set your credentials for each project, etc.).
