Great video Quick clear and a life safer. It’s too hot in Florida to come home to your AC not working. Thanks

Same here; wife and I did this and the AC is up and running again. It's the small things in life, like a helpful YT video. Thanks!

Thank you. Our units started giving us an error message a week ago. We were ready to order a new nest and call a maintenance guy. Thank you for making this video.

Thanks for posting. Our upstairs nest displayed the same error code. Unglogged drain and furnace kicked on as soon as cleaned and flushed the condensation

wow I had had this problem with other thermostats that just went blank. but I didn't even think of this when the nest error came up cause the nest still showed that it had a screen to read. but low and behold that was the problem. i ended up blowing out my drain line which was full of crystalize substance then flushed it out good. i think the crystal substance was from the bleach I put down the drain every 3 months. Now I use white vinegar. thanks for putting out this video it was a great lesson for using the NEST!!!!

Dude! I love you! Fixed. Immediately. I also sucked the outside drain with my shopvac. I think the combination did the trick. May have been clogged with dog hair. I need to change my filter.
