I waited until after i played a few matches to see the results. I didnt get an average fps increase HOWEVER i had significantly less lag to the point to where i forgot i had a $100 gpu so i think it makes enough difference to at least try it.
I used warzone as my "benchmark" where i would often lag out and freeze my whole computer so to have an entire match with 0 stutter was awesome. Was able to catch a win the 2nd game on using these settings

(Texture Filtering Quality: HIGH )
(Surface Format Optimization: OFF)
while playing games at non-native lower resolution. otherwise pixels are visible and game looks very bad visually.

Appreciate the video! Great info. Just my opinion: the "whip" sound when you have your banners zoom in from the bottom are kind of annoying and distracting from your content, which is a shame because your content is well thought out and executed.
