It wasn't really done in 19 consecutive days, It was capped at 20 stories for one year due to its proximity to the airport. The original design was for 97 stories, was reduced to 57. Took about 5 months to build the 2, 700 plus modules that were used.

They assembled the building in 19 days, which is impressive, hands down. Great engineering! It would be nice to know as well how long it took to actually build it, meaning build the parts at the factory before it was assembled.

Here is a true story: I'm from China but live in Dubai UAE for studying. When I was back to my hometown at 2018 summer, the old small road beside my house is still using like normal, but only one year after at summer 2019, ITS GONE. It became a fresh new, nice and clean giant streets that make me think I was going to a wrong direction towards my house. Is kinda sad cause I got tons of old memories stuck in that old road

It was assembled not constructed.
Everything is prefabricated and precast they just put right thing on right place.

In India
1 years for planning
2 year for proposing
4 year for approval
1 year for feasibility checking
2 year for protest ( optional )
10 year for construction

Total atleast 15 to 17 year for a normal floyers or these type of buildings.
