I see a lot of people commenting in Russian. How does this pre-fabrication/assembly technique compare with your country's famous 'panelkas' and 'Khrushchyovkas'? I thought those were made from pre-fabricated parts too, although I imagine the assembly would be done at a slower speed since that's 60 years ago. I also understand that many 1960s/70s buildings in the Soviet Union were poorly maintained, which contribute to Russian cities (particularly in harsh climates like in Vorkuta and Norilsk) looking 'apocalyptic', though I'm sure the Khrushchyovkas must have looked much better 60 years ago when new. I've often wondered how will these Chinese buildings age eventually. I hope that with improvements in building technique and better maintenance these will age better. The interiors do look bigger than Soviet-era apartment blocks. Sorry I don't know enough Russian words to write in Russian as I'm Chinese.

Были разработаны в СССР технологии быстро возводимых домов. Так называемые панельные дома из сборных железобетонных конструкций. Только вот особой радости проживающих там людей нет) Китайский вариант выглядит симпатично, но комфортно ли будет жить в таком доме и какие проблемы вылезут при эксплуатации только время покажет. Жаль не показали в видео монтаж лестничных маршей и площадок, очень интересно было бы посмотреть.
