Proud to say I got to work on these cars when they were first delivered to the Ferrari dealership i worked at. Insane sound, especially inside a bay. I didn’t expect any less from Clarkson, a known Ferrari critic. He’s wrong though; these things are raw, and much like its predecessor, although nowhere close as beautiful. It’s the only 599 I liked, and I got to drive them all… even one with a six speed gated shifter.

The 575 Maranello should have been the third GTO, its racecar equivalent is the 575 GTC and it's a beast.
