America has base in Djibouti too just FYI. As do many other countries with interest in shipping routes. Djibouti is basically a foreign military base that also happens to be a country itself.

I am Cambodian we do not have any foreign military base and personnels station in this country - this is what stated in the condition. (“Cambodia's official position is that its constitution bars foreign military bases in the country. China's presence in Cambodia is spreading beyond Sihanoukville according to Asia Nikkei”). However, some satellite images show construction that possibly could be Chinese base which we Cambodians are not excited and proud of to see foreign personnel & base. Those corrupted officials who keep getting money from the Chinese government are the ones who authorize the military outpost constructions.
