Nice list, tho I'd shuffle the order a bit.Orange should be below Anya, he's skilled, but Sieg ain't that good as a Knightframe. Tohdoh should also be a bit higher, above Cornelia imo.Oh and I'd say Gino is stronger than Lelouch.

Suzaku should be in number 1 since this list talks about how skilled a person is using their knightmares. Although it has been said in the anime that Guren SEITRN 8 elements has better specs the user kallen still doesn’t have as much skill with her knightmare as suzaku does
