The last shot of this episode is one of the hardest laugh out loud moments i've had in a long time. I thought for that entire episode that the comedic thrust of it was going to be in seeing Charlie's insane machiavellian plan come into fruition but then it is just kneecapped so swiftly and in such a devastating manner, everything just comes crumbling down in that last shot. The writing of this show is so fucking good.

I think this is one of the reasons why in the later seasons when they do finally bang Charlie wants nothing to do with her. Charlie has done a lot of awful things, but the biggest one of how he helped destroy this woman’s life.

The Waitress clearly was suffering, but all Charlie cared about is what he wanted, and he wanted her to live his fantasy. It was never for the waitress’s sake, it was so Charlie can distract himself from every awful thing he’s done, or thing that’s been done to him.

He never once Defended the waitress, he never gave her anything meaningful, and allowed the Gang to torment her till she became just like them. Now I believe in season 15 she is going to come back pregnant, and it’s Franks baby. I made a video about it on my channel.
