It's absolutely hysterical the way Charlie tenses up and nearly turns red as he panic yells "BEAK!". You can practically see his veins pop. What an amazing actor.

I really like episodes where charlie and dee are together because its so refreshing seeing them be nice towards each other

I loved this plotline - it totally hit the nail on the head about the entire tragic irony of the show - the group is dysfunctional as hell, and their happiness can only bubble up to the surface once the group breaks down.

I really love this scene. It's one of the few times where any of the gang show actual human compassion towards each other, especially these two who are constantly put down by Mac and Dennis. I wish we had more Chardee scenes. They clearly care about each other a lot.

Unfortunately this happens a lot in real life... where traumatized people can have a hard time adjusting to the freedom of what they want vs what their abuser would try to force.

If this was a normal show Charlie and Dee would've been a couple. Thank God it's not. I agreed Charlie and Dee would be better off without the gang. Look how nice they act towards each other.

I wonder if the waitress went in thinking her role is too just take there order so when Charlie said "BEAK!" it really scared her

The oh so subtle look to the side and shake of his head when Dee says "that's what people have come to expect from me." is my favorite part.
