India's growing strawberries WHERE?!?

Did you know strawberries can be grown in the Indian desert? I didn't! But they can and they're doing it in the village of Saharwa at the edge of the That Desert in Haryana.

We not only grow them along the coastal areas, but they are also grown in desert & semi-desert areas here in California. There's nothing more delicious than a freshly picked strawberry when it's still warm from the sun.

Strawberry need cool weather to thrive. I've been trying to propagate it in warmer climate and you can actually do that. The problem is the fruit yield isn't as many as if I grew them in colder climate. The fact they can do this in a dessert without green house blew my mind. I need to learn more from other farmwe
