Love from India 🇮🇳. Pia is a girl i started adoring in 3 phases :

1 : when she participated in blue fishtail gown, i was mesmerized by her innocent sparkling eyes having childlike vibe. She was a kind of beauty i could fall for even if she just woke up with messed hair, pyjama sans make up. Yes thats true beauty.
Then her swimsuit round sultry walk and there was a versatile diva who could easily switch her forms.

2 : during the MU announcement mishap. She was the undisputed winner but didnt let the natural supremacist tendency take over. She was hesitant of celebrating her win coz another woman was mourning her loss. She compassionately answered all the negativity from the loser brigade despite being the undisputed winner. What a sensitive person this must be.

3 : Finally I googled about her journey. She tried at binibining philipines twice and didn't give up despite humble background, losing twice & catching up age relative to other contestants. Such a positive person. Her reign was also so graceful

There's a photo of her probably right after this walk. She's onstage but no spotlight and she's holding the crown and her eyes are closed like she's praying. I that photo... like a moment of self and calm before passing on the crown.

Fun fact: The reason why Pia tripped a couple of times is because she was stepping on her tulle. One of Michael Cinco’s team member was supposed to help her get dressed with that gown but unfortunately, the backstage was too crowded so she and Ester had to do it on their own. The tulle which supposed to give the gown more volume was incorrectly placed by Pia. It was worn a little low that’s why she had a difficult time walking.
