Not accurate. Firstly TDS is alot higher not 20 lakhs.

Its 25+ easily for 1 CR package as you need to pay cess over 50.

ESOP is mostly optional not mandatory.

So 65Lakhs in hand.
Its 5.5 Lakhs in hand per month.
