I love how both in the opening and the song itself says that Rengoku will end up dying at the end of the arc but despite his death, he will be an important figure to most people and serve as a guide even when he is no longer there. I only noticed when in the 3rd seasons where unlike Tengen, Muichiro and Mitsuri, he is going in the opposite direction of Tanjiro since he won't be able to accompany him further.

Its fekkin poetic. The 2nd part of the 2nd chorus:

“Oh memories! Oh sorrows! Take us over to the brighter side”
My god.

And the japanese of it “omoide YO kanashimi YO”, the usage of YO is like how you would address something/someone of a higher status in the highest of respect and chivalry.
And Lisa’s emphasis (the extremely high note) on the word “akarui”, which means “bright”, just hits right. And the strong vibrato at “okurodashite” is exactly what its trying to portray: “moving forward” with strong emotion.

And the musicality and arrangement… its not repetitive. Even the chorus, while musically similar, they lyrics are definitely not
