Fun fact while rengoku was saying umai because he actually was being thankful for every bite he get’s because you never know when you die until it happen’s, Also Samurai’s usually do this as a tradition.

The beginning of this intro always makes me smile. Lol sitting next to the friend that has no chill and the super nice old dude that won't take no for an answer is always almost overbearing in the moment but looking back on it just makes you smile and laugh if you've experienced it before. This intros violins always give me the chills (>.<)

The end where Tanjiro is running desperately toward Rengoku, the beat and electric guitar, the angle, the flames… it gives me chills. Rengoku should have lived. He deserved a long life. Both the opening and ending credits, Rengokus theme and how it’s played throughout all of season 2, Akaza and rengoku theme being mixed together during the fight, it’s truly epic. But I’ve never felt this horrible about a characters death
