After the last ep, we just realised that the lyric was the word Ubuyashiki spoked to Muzan. 😢

I think someone said it before, and now I fully believe they are correct. This song feels like Kagaya Ubuyashiki talking to Muzan about his pointless and desperate clinging to an eternal life without meaning, how it corrupted him to a demon who took countless lives to satisfy his selfish wishes. Hereby declaring his intention, Kagaya and the demon hunters will defeat Muzan who had been on this earth for far too long, using the remaining embers of the life they have left to go all out to stop him.

This is a truly fitting theme for this story arc and the ones that will follow, the final confrontation to settle it once and for all.
