Please the question for implementation for end of life patient, the patient was supposed to have metoclopromide at 16:00 but was not given, and the assume time for medication was18:00 and the pt was complaining of nausae n vomiting should the metoclopromide be given? And do one chart it? Pls urgent answer needed

Hello Unified OSCE: more wins. Want to confirm what happens during the resit of failed ( API): if passed evaluation, since old scripts are returned, will candidate just look through and correct mistakes into the new sheets. Or will just repeat everything, and document into the new sheet and then hand over evaluation (already passed) again?

Yes ma: apart from the regular ( 1ml / 100 iu ) insulin syringe, there is one that labelled 0.3ml. Please browse : and was told to administer 14units of insulin from it . And also do you store or discard the remaining insulin injection in the " plastic bottle" after withdrawing appropriate dose ?
