Since sternritters can manipulate spiritual particles and Azashiro is fused with the Seireitei, wich is made of those particles, any sternritter that can absorb them like Uryu could deal a ton of damage to Azashiro. Azashiro btw is broken a.f.

Azashiro’s bankai easily counters as nodt, also it is pretty much impossible to defeat azashiro unless you destroy all the bleach multiverse

In light Novels the writes have stated that Azashiro cannot counter Abilities which includes absorption of reishi. So a normal Quincy might give him a hard time

Dude, Azashiro’s bankai is weak against reishi absorption. Quincy’s base ability is absorbing surrounding reishi.

You guys don't get it azashiro can be the best assasin in Bleach. It's true that he's op in head on fight too cuz of his broken bankai but he would be amazing if he has to make a move without the opponent noticing they are being targeted.
