How old is Markus Rothkranz? What age is Marcus Rothkrantz. Well, however you spell the name, I'm 62 in 2024. People keep asking what I do and take, so I list all my main things in this video for health, longevity, happiness and anti-aging. You can't stop aging, but you can slow it down and improve the QUALITY of life. The sooner you start, the better. It's not just about being raw vegan. It's not about fruit or cleansing or fasting or being a hero. It's about being YOU and doing it the way nature designed without cheating.

I’m 63 and I walk in the Arizona sun everyday. I’m up at 3:30 am have breakfast, shower and shave then walk to the gym. Hour workout 6 days a week then walk to work, standing i prep food, cook, do dishes, sweep and mop. Then walk home. Rinse and repeat. The young people I work with make my day fun and keep me in touch with what the young kids of today are up to, keeps me young and engaged. When they need someone to help take 100 bags of popcorn kernels up three flights of stairs to storage I’m their guy. It’s a gaming, cinema and bowling venue. I’ve lived and worked all over this country and Europe and have always enjoyed walking no matter what the weather. Working, walking, working out, reading and engaging particularly with young people is my idea of the fountain of youth.

Im 49, went to detox for a week from alcohol. That one week off of it made a huge difference in my appearance. That's something to think about..just one week.

😮Happy birthday to you. Im 63 and get told I look much younger but you look like 42. Great job and great advice. I have just had prostate cancer surgery and am in bed watching your videos. I stopped drinking, suger, carbs and dairy in February when I got the bad news. Our family eat rather healthy and I did not smoke or drink often so i was easy. Oh and yes the sun is awesome and no i never wear sunscreen and i tell my kids not to. Thx and have a great birthday. 🎉 🎉. I'm retiring after my recovery as I found out life is short.
