May I add one: celebrating small milestones! Uploaded a video? Great, celebrate it. Reach a subscriber milestone? Fantastic, celebrate with your subscribers. Doing your first collaboration? Who-hoo, celebrate it. You get the drift, but small milestones are just as important and will lead to larger ones.

All great tips. I get 500 to 1, 000 subscribers per day. Break your long form videos into "shorts" and your subscriber count will boom as long as your videos are good.
