Καλαμαράκια Με Σπανάκι - Squid With Spinach

Υλικά - Ingredients:
4 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο - 4 tbsp. of olive oil
1 κρεμμύδι - 1 onion
2 φρέσκα κρεμμυδάκια - 2 fresh onions
5 μλ. κόκκινο κρασί - 5 ml. red wine
3 καλαμαράκια - 3 squids
5 κ.σ. ρύζι - 5 tbsp. of rice
1 πρέζα αλάτι - A pinch of salt
1 πρέζα πιπέρι - A pinch of pepper
1 ποτήρι νερό - A cup of water
Μισό κιλό σπανάκι - Half a kilo of spinach
Χυμό λεμονιού - Lemon juice
Ξύσμα λεμονιού - Lemon zest
