I cant seem to find an example of anyone sending multiple attachments for approval. Is there a way to do that?

Thank you. Good example.
If in the same example, I have two more files attached as input files to be selected at run time and want to attach all three to the email, then how to go about it? Thanks.

Thanks so much for this lecture. I was able to use it for multi-level approval.

What if there are multiple attachments?

I like what you are showing here with regards to a document library.
What if there are multiple documents that are uploaded to a document library that are associated with a project folder?
What if its a list where multiple documents are entered and each one needs to be reviewed and approved?

I also would like to know how I can send the approval to those in my "Approvers" field versus populating an email approver field in the side bar workflow area on the right.
So if I have four people, each would have to approve or reject the documents. If all approve then continue the flow but if one rejects (with comment), send an email to the requestor (showing comment), stop the flow and wait for resubmit.

Hi Jon, I am trying to create a custom flow. My trigger is a response submission in Forms, which would then pull the users profile to obtain their managers information and send an email approval. However my information comes up in the email (not part of the body). I used "get user profile" so it shouldn't be sending emails to managers that i myself am requesting XYZ. Everything within the flow is perfect except that it has my user information in it. Is this a flow issue or a form issue? HELP

Hi Jon and Daniel! Great video, thank you... Would it be possible to show us how I could manually add an email before executing the run flow as seen in Part 1 but not in Part 2? Would really appreciate your help on this - thanks again.

What about a solution if i need to add an attachment in the middle of approval process. Lets say i have multi approval scenario and second approver needs to add attachment to running approval. How do i solve this?

Hey Jon. Love all your work. Not sure of how to best get you to see this question, but how would I request approval on an uploaded PDF where the [manager] would approve by adding in their signature (ideally through a signature they've already created in Acrobat) versus just through a button approval? I need their signature to be added in as formal sign-off by the client. I hope you see this and are all to respond. Once again, love your work and all the guests you have.

I don't see the [Identifier] when I want to add the file content. Only [ID] but that gives a 404 error.

Thanks for the tutorial. I think I'm also going to switch my attempts to make an approval flow to a manual start because each time I start with "When an item is changed" or "When a new item is added" my approval flows keep looping back. They work, the emails are send, the approvals are registered, but then after a few minutes the email request to approve the same item reappears :-(

I’m trying to get this flow set up in Microsoft OneDrive, but I want the approved to sign the pdf, click approve, then automatically move the file to an “Approved” folder within OneDrive. Is there a way to do it?

Hi Jon, I am looking for simillar solution that is asked here, and also on some MS sites. I need flow for invoices. Let me describe it for you a little. Invoice comes to email of person A, he reviews it, and need multiple approvals and signatures on the invoice. So person A sends it to person B, who reviews it, sign it (which makes a new document) and sends it person C etc. And ofc email without need to work with SP or OneDrive is best way for those administrative workers. So each step/approval comes with new document instead of original one. So best way should be approval with attaching the sgined document for next step/person. Do you think it is possible to build that? So far I am going with multilayer approval, but it demands some side actions from users.

Jon, This was a great video to see. This goes along way with helping me with my project. I am new to Office 365, Sharepoint, and now MS Teams. I have your multi layer approval working using the url. Now, I can use the attachment feature. What I am trying to determine is whether to incorporate this type approval into our MS Teams or not? Anyway, great work on the video and looking forward to future videos. Stay Safe!
