Judoka Black Belt vs White Belt

This is what happens when a world class black belt and regular ol’ white belt judoka’s meet for a randori :)

(Just like you’d expect from a white belt the last throw was actually a Tai Otoshi)

I am glad to share a similar experience, my first full pace hard randori was against my old sensei who was a black belt well on in years, I am quite the defensive Judoka so he broke my defense with a literal 1 tug of my collar, I was left winded on the ground for 2 minutes. When I had a runback right after I failed Osoto gari and looked like a fool. He then proceeded to break fall backwards roll anyways. I do remember after he said "If I can do all this in my 60s, what can you do in your 20s?"

looks like tai otoshi, but good on you for working your standup. Lots of jiu jitsu people are bad at takedowns

White belt’s goal is to try not to fall and keep the balance. Whereas the black belts are told to not use dangerous throws and of course, go easy on the whites.

When I was a white belt practitioner, I prefer to randori with Tha black belts because they know my strength and weaknesses

That's not a ashi guruma, it's more a tai otoshi with a back grip on tsuri te (lapel grip).

I (14jo white/jellow belt) fought a 3 times europeen champion of the veterans, he olso has some world championship titles and got compleetly clapped i imagin it kinda looked like this
