well half of this stuff isn't doing anything or using resources anyways so pointless to disable (it may show as running but in reality is suspended and only becomes active if you need it and will use zero CPU and maybe a few MB of ram so not a big deal) Other stuff like telemetry and windows updates is absolutely useless to turn off, windows will turn it right back on within an hour or 2 tops (Disabling updates used to work, but shortly after Win11 was released MS put in about 50 tasks that check and reactivate it). FYI @andyh4069 was asking why you showed opening the services window for each and every single item when you could've just left it open and showed all the changes without closing it, which is a fair point, there was no need to close the window and reopen it for every single item on your list (other than to pad the video and make it longer).
