I had filler in my smile lines 3 years ago and it is still there. It has reduced in volume and it has also migrated. The parts where it migrated feel “spongy”, while the filler that remained in its place feels a bit firmer, like it didn’t fully integrate with the skin but it has been decreasing in size. Is this normal?

Also, I have been a couch potato since forever, but I read on another comment that if you exercise vigorously you can metabolize them faster. Do you think this could work even though it is older filler?

I had filler placed in 2017 and it’s left lumps underneath my lips near my teeth (the filler was placed there I remember as it hurt). I went back to the dentist and she made out that she could barely see anything and said I was just unlucky and had lumpy lips and it was just me. She said she couldn’t dissolve it as I would lose my natural lip tissue. Honestly she was so unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered like I was making a big deal out of it. She said it would go eventually but is this true? Everyone else who I’ve had a consultation with had said they can’t believe it hasn’t gone since 2017 😞

Thank you for this informative video beautiful soul. But I have some confusion. I’ve just done my fillers some 5 months back. I loved the result for 1 month. But then as I started doing some facial exercises, which involves a lot of lips movement too. I feel like I have lost my volume to a greater extent. Please can you tell me does fillers dissolve on it’s own like when you stretch your lips alot ? I have discontinued doing my facial exercise ever since then. But I really want to continue it again, but scared of losing more of my fillers. Plesse if you could reply me :)

I had lip filler 2 months ago and I think it was injected to superficially as I had 2 vertical lines sticking out of my lip that sort of look like a coldsore.
Because it's so near the surface can this be squeezed out manually? As I'm afraid to do dissolving. Thanks.

Hello my lip fillers moved above and below my lips. When I'll get my lips dissolved at my local clinic, should I get hyaluronidase injected above and below my lips as well? Or inside the lips will be enough?

Is there a possibility, as a consequence after reduction, to get you skin above lip streched out or maybe to get “bags” within the lips?
I got 1.8cc (for both lips) and i want them smaller, because filler migrated and i dont like the outcome, but i am afraid that my skin could have been stretched out during past month(thats how long filler is in lips)
