I changed to SAF yeast and it so much better from the grocery store yeast. I did have to order it on line but it is so worth it. Wondering if you ever make quick breads in the bread machine? Looking forward to your next video.

I have two questions if you have some time.

1) Can I use the instant yeast right after taking it out of the freezer?
2) If using instant, is it true that I have to use ~2/3 of what a Active Dry Yeast recipe calls for?

I'm a bread baking rookie. Question: If I want to bake artisan, french, white, whole wheat, any type of bread - in the oven instead of baking it in the bread machine, do I start them ALL just on Dough cycle? Or do I start the french bread in the french bread cycle, then pull it out of machine after it's rise? Thank you!

I've tried this method but after a while since there is lot of air left inside the airtight quality is down!!!
