Iv never had more bowel movements than being on The master cleanse... I'm on day 10. My belly is getting softer and smaller every day.

Day 8 of the master cleanse, I feel amazing, my skin is softer and I am pooping out slimy mucoid plaque . . . I eliminate multiple times a day . Theories are nice but my health has been destroyed by accutane and this is working. Humans are fruitarians but the master cleanse is easier for me to stick to.

Does anyone do this and not do a saltwater flush every morning? My bowels are raging!

It’s understandable why it’s so tempting to go on this cleanse given how desperate people are to lose weight like I was. Though it helped me lose over 20 pounds and I felt amazing in the moment, this cleanse caused nearly all my hair to fall out :(

She has presented her own religious point of view. This diet is based on fasting. The reasoning for the addition of the few ingredients seems sound. I did the diet for 10 days, never felt hungry, felt better than I had in a long time, my body was more alkaline afterward and the 8 pounds stayed off for months. Family bad accidents interrupted a return to the diet. Unfortunately, gluten puts weight on me and my husband is half Italian, so not a good influence. I plan to get back to it. Thanks for inspiring me. Mendacity can be motivating.
