Microsoft Planner | Tips for Assigning a Task

In this video we are going to have a look at how to assign tasks in Planner in the most effective way; how to make sure people are notified that a task has been assigned to them, and then I'll give you some tips on how to find, open and manage the task to make sure that the work is done.

We'll also look at how to use the To-Do app with Planner to make tracking an closing down tasks as simple as it can be.

I would really like to use planner as a way to track tasks and work with my team, however it seems like there is no way to assign permissions to who can delete or sign off tasks. Do you know if there is a way to do this? Ideal would be a way for the assignee to tick tasks off, but for the PM to then fully sign it off. It would be nice to replace my excel action tracker with planner but without this function we may lose information and tasks. Any advice on this would be great! Thanks for the video.
