Is there a pvp that you can use your own gear on? I personally like grinding for the best stuff to use in pvp. ESO has pvp where everyone is on the same power level and a pvp with your own gear. I kinda like that over only being on the same level you know.

I'm mainly going to play for the PvP, I heard in the Russian version you can't PvP until max level, but in the Asian versions you can start at level 30? Assuming the NA/EU version goes the Asian route, is there any difference between PvP at 30 and 50? Will I still have access to all skills available at level 30?
