At the end of the line there is Qd8 mate so that's why hikaru said pawn not rook

Need to move the pawn to have a move for your King so you don't get checkmated....that would suck.

After Qxe3 the King simply moves to h2. After that, the only to stop Mate in 1 is to create a luft for the Black King to escape the back rank mate. At that point, the white bishop should move out of the way. At that point it's a Queen vs. Queen and Bishop endgame. Queen vs. Bishop winning for white.

That's my break down as an IM (Intermediate) and for my sources, I made them up.
