How is M104 discovered in 1781 while Edwin Hubble discovered the very first galaxy ( andromeda) in 1930? So who is the one who discovered another galaxy than ours? The Frenchman or Hubble? Something just doesn't add up here folks!

There's no such thing as being any number of "times" (×) smaller.
" Twice less massive" is impossible. Sometimes grammar counts. Especially in science.
