BMW N42 N46 Valvetronic Initialisation

This engine has just had major work done requiring the Valvetronic adaptations to be relearnt. In this video, I have commanded the re-learning sequence three times via my Foxwell scanner The first and last sequences are at normal speed. The middle sequence is in slow motion.

Thank you very much for posting this video. I am struggling to relearn limit position. In my case, motor only pulls the shaft but not pushing the shaft.. So after watching this video, now I know how valvetronic initialization takes place.

How did you reinitialise the valvetronic? I installed a new motor, other videos said to put on position 2 of ignition, but mines you plug in the remote to key reader, is thatcposition 1? If i press the start without the brakes is that position 2?

i replaced the valvetronic recently and theguy said. he didnt know the position that should be put in so he did it mechanicaly andi have now a problem of power lossafter acccelerating . what should i do to fix the valvetronic position or intialising it . Pls i need help
