How to Export MP4 with FCPX Final Cut Pro X

How do you adjust the bitrate of the audio portion? I notice it’s always 128, I need it to be 320 kbps. I’m syncing old music videos with updated remastered song.

you can only export in MP4 if you install motion

I use my local public access station 1623/Studios to make my Comcast Cable, Marjohn's Musings, TV shows but with Covid there is much less in person access. The 1623 Studio uses Premier Pro for editing but I have Final Cut at home. I was feeling confused about exporting. Thanks again.
