This is what l did l exported the video in quicktime(mov) then looked up for a mov to mp4 converter this is what l did since l don't have adobe media encoder.This is not the best solution but gets the job done.

I dont have the H.264 in video codec options, what can I do? Is it possible to install it or will I have to use Media Encoder ques instead??

if u have ae 2020 then u dont have h.264 as an option. download adobe media encoder & render on there
