How to export MP4 file from Final Cut Pro

After a recent update, the default for exporting files on Final Cut Pro is set on .mov files, which are big files. In this video, I show you how to fix that and export the MP4 file, which is much smaller.

My god... thank you for this! I've been editing on FCX for years. Took about a 7 month break, and started again recently. Didn't realize i had gone from .mp4 to .mov and my files were huge and having to convert in Apple Compressor. Started a video podcast and they could only upload .mp4 not .mov and so this is how I found you. Thank you!
