Building a Project Plan - Conversation with Kristina Kushner

Kristina Kushner spans the spectrum from Agile and Traditional project management – equally comfortable in scrum and predictive projects. That gives her access to two very different approaches to planning what we need to do. This is why I wanted to speak with her about building a project plan.

Kristina Kushner is a PMP-certified Project Manager, with solid experience and a comprehensive background in Project Management within IT, Software, Web, and Digital industries.

And she is also active on social media – most notably on her growing and excellent Project Management Sandbox YouTube channel – with her own name.

Kristina has built a signature program for people who want to start a career in IT as Project Managers without knowing how to code. The second enrolment cycle will be opened soon.
