how to create download link for a folder

Simple method to create download link with google drive for a folder without any third party apps.

Wow, finally somone figured it out, and in a not complicated way to do it. Thanks a lot for sharing. I just would add, that if you want to share the folder with someone else, you shuld copy and paste the link into a private window, and start the download from that window, so the other person don't get an id error.

FINALLY!! I've been searching everywhere and I knew there had to be a way. All other advice is outdated and doesn't work or says my link is invalid. I appreciate the help.
