For my first video I have made an easy 3 ingredient salad dressing (with ingredients you probably already have in the fridge!) that we pair with a nutritious vegetarian salad. These healthy ingredients help promote weight loss by making you feel fuller for longer but the recipes are all quick, cheap and easy!
I mentioned that I consume 1400 calories a day and my goal is to slowly but consistently lose weight. Click the link below to figure out how many calories you should be eating for whatever fitness goal you have!

Recipe:
1 cup/100g of buckwheat
50g of mushrooms (optional)
1 egg (or any other source of protein)
1cal spray
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Handful of any chopped veggies to put in salad
