The stronghold is more like a fort to keep the ancient builders from the zombie virus. The cells are used to lock zombies for experiments, hoping to find a cure. The library is for the files and secrets, while the portal was their last hope.

I would see the ghost from stronghold come to minecraft. But it will be difficult to get to the end so maybe not.

Let me give you my theory, but first let me set the background.

The ancient builders celebrating, thinking the new creation they had made, the wither was amazing. ‘BOOM’ They heard. Children crying. Explosions everywhere. Deadly flowers. They rush into their bunkers, or strongholds if you will. The wither is unable to come there, but leaves bricks broken. Silverfish, because the place is so old, began getting out of the infested stones. The ancient builders had no choice, they hurriedly grabbed some portal frames they have crafted and traveled to the end. After many years they become enderman, as their only food source was chorus fruit. They hunted the ender dragons to near extinction, only leaving Jean left.

Anyone want my whole idea of the lore of Minecraft???

Before anyone reply’s ‘oh you can’t craft end portal frames’ I think ancient builders were more advanced if they discovered the nether. Don’t ya’ think?
