A lot of people rubbish kings gear, I bought a 200w solar blanket and charger from a up market supplier and the pwm charger shit it's self on the 3rd time out and fried my battery. Never had any problems with my kings gear my thumper compressor is 8 years and still going strong so my humble opinion there charger is probably a good buy.

When I disconnect caravan from Ute we’re dc to dc charger is housed how do I stop alternator sending power to Anderson plug on tow bar to protect the alternator sence power has no were to go

Hey guys, I have the 25ah. I notice that the max solar input is 300w. If I have 2x 200w fixed panels is that okay? Will it just cap the watts? Or is it not ideal?

So the mppt gets conected to the main Solar on the roof and also straight to the 2nd battery?

Does it have a vsr to automatically charge on a car without a smart alternator

Does these DCDC chargers need(recommended) isolater switch for the main battery input and for Aux battery output cable or does it have a inbuilt isolater ? I am installing a 30amp fuses on booth the main battery input and aux output dcdc charger cables. Some people have mentioned that when you charge your aux battery with ac voltage the charger starts charging the main battery.

Hello guys just bought last week 40A dcdc from.kings 8 connect alternator battery to dcdc and then 2 extra battery I also connect 160w solar panel 2 of them and connect them to.dcdc as shown in video agm battery light and alternator battery light blinking but when I put solar cable to dcdc charger it's all gone not even agm light blinking or not alternator battery when I pull out solar cable it's all come back to normal so is that solar or I have to install any fuse between solar and dcdc charger please 🙏 help

Will these accept a 38v House Solar Panel and drop the voltage for a 12v battery setup ?

I purchased a 25a DC DC Charger last week along with a 50amp wiring kit. Do i use the included 60amp blade fuse or change to 30 or 40amp fuse?

The addition of the smarter mppt controller seems unnecessary. Can you explain please. The dcdc has mppt built in. No room on my roof for permanent solar. That’s setup when I stop and setup.

May I ask why an MPPT Solar Charge Controller is shown if the DC-DC charger has one inbuilt.

just fitted mine up lithium and dc to dc charger, the dc to dc gets so hot can only hold you hand on it for about 1 second can you tel me why pls or if that is normal starting to think should of left the old agm battery set up in ute

I have quick flashing on alternator and lithium battery indicator is solid what is that mean..:(

Instructions say it charges at 15.5V on the LiFePO4 profile. Is this a misprint? Its way too high for any Lithium I've used.
