For those who it’s glitching for, go to the harbourmaster hotel and go in the wooden door and it’ll work

For anyone having this problem, the quest that the signal takes you to is inside the harbor master hotel, if you just go there you don’t actually need to play the signal to continue the quest

Go inside and start opening doors until you see the Halloween decorated room

If quest is glitching !!! Easy fix

Go to harbor hotel and go into the wooden door on the left do NOT TAKE THE ELEVATOR, look for wooden door that says techno and it will start the quest

Figured out the fix to the glitch, but I still wanted to listen to the signal audio anyway and pretend like bethesda gives a fck. Happy Halloween Everyone!

Legend, was sick of trying the signal to no avail. Nothing worse than a game breaking bug when you're on a final playthrough 🥵👍

Playing this on ps5 is the worst. Every second mission and enemy has something wrong with it. And just to add, the TV show is an actual fat mans fallout💩
