In supreme court, in Sept 2023, NMC has submitted new guidelines formulated by its expert commiee regarding admission of students with specified disabilities under the rights of persons with disabilities act, 2016 with respect to admission in mbbs degree courses wrt qouta for MENTALLY ILL under PwD category in the Civil writ petition No 1093 /2023 pending in supreme court. . Can you please find out those fresh guidelines?

General has EWS bt their is q criteria for EWS certificate i.e its no matter if ur Dad get much monthly income bt if you don't have any land under
1hctr in municipal area so that it can be possible to hve this certificate
On other hand my dad do a private job nd his monthly income is less than 8000 but still we r living on municipal area so bcuz of that reason we don't get anyEWS certificate nd

So i don't get any reservation or facilities further in my higher studies...
