See this is just bull the method they used is called magic pixel you add a picture very small and transparent so that you can`t see it even if you change backgrounds etc when you open or sent the email you know that that magic pixel witch is linked to a server will get downloaded very very fast so you can trace it you see how opened it when how long their ip the place were they are their mac and many things more ... because if i just read information and meat someone from outside and tell them you can`t cath that and if i copy a email and sent this copy to someone you normaly can`t trace that but if there is a picture like the logo of your company in that email and inside that logo you have such a tracer bingo you chatch them and you know them all and you can sue
